The estate is located next to the Ilyinsky Monastery.
It belonged to the merchant of the 1st guild Anton Vasilyevich Kolmakov. The house and wing have survived to this day.
Today, «Gentlefolks» Art Hotel is located here.
The Kolmakovs owned a wing at 14 Pervomaiskaya Street and a house with stores at 44 Republic Street.
Description:
The laconic rectangular volume has a three-part structure, expressed on the facade by shoulder blades. The small windows on the ground floor are devoid of architraves, the upper windows with window sills made of hewn brick are surrounded by plaster profiles. The crowning cornice is decorated with rows of stylized towns and a curb.
