The estate of Anton Ivanovich Kolokolnikov was located on Irkutskaya Street (now Chelyuskintsev Street), with its facade facing Sadovaya Street (now Dzerzhinsky Street). In front of the house, by the river, there was a large garden with a physical activity area and gazebos. Today, a road and a bridge ramp occupy this site. From the once extensive merchant estate, the residential house (1 Chelyuskintsev St.), the stable building (6 Dzerzhinsky St.), and the warehouse (1B Chelyuskintsev St.) have survived.

The residential house, made of wood and stone on a brick foundation with a cruciform mezzanine, in its typology and stylistic features, dates back to the late Classicism period. It was built in the last third of the 19th century. There are only a few mezzanine buildings of this kind remaining in the city.

Originally, the house had an almost square floor plan, but in 1904, it was expanded with a wooden-stone annex containing living quarters on the northeastern side. The main entrance was marked by a separate corner extension facing Chelyuskintsev Street.

The residential house of the estate is city-owned and holds the status of an architectural monument. In 2017, it underwent a complete restoration.

Next to the residential house stood the tea warehouse of the «Trading House of I. P. Kolokolnikov» (1B Chelyuskintsev St.). This is a one-story elongated stone building with a simple eclectic decor on the street-facing gable facade. On the blank wall, there is flat decorative plasterwork echoing the curve of an arch, and a stepped cornice topped with a trapezoidal pediment (the attic wall). At the center, there is a round rosette – an ornament resembling the petals of a blooming flower.

The warehouse building is not officially recognized as an architectural monument. In the early 2000s, charmed by its vaulted ceilings, historic brickwork, small niche windows with wrought-iron grilles, Sergey Romanovich Dubinsky purchased the building. He restored everything down to the massive iron door with a grille, which still remembers its first owner – Anton Ivanovich Kolokolnikov.
